UIP-6M machine is a semi-automatic line for sandwich structural insulated panel gluing in factory conditions using a conveyor method. The heart of the machine is the hydraulic press made of 100mm profile pipe and equipped with its own hydraulic station. Pressure and pressing time-exposure are control panel adjusted. The press has a "Polystyrene" and a "Mineral Wool" pressing modes.
Gluing stationary operates both in manual and semi-automatic modes. Adhesive is only applied on the adhesive-subject surface. Amount and speed of adhesive application can be adjusted as necessary.
Panel formation board is equipped with supports, upon which OSB and polystyrene are stowed. Supports can be adjusted to needed depth of the panel groove.
Delivery of shaped panels and issuance of finished SIP's are made with the smooth "start-stop" system shaft.
